“I highly recommend the book ‘Beating Pancreatitis – How to Get Healthy and Enjoy Life Again’ written by Bill and Jenny Sankey.  The book has been a real support and encouragement to me.  I feel less alone with my illness and have a much better understanding of what is happening.  The book is full of helpful hints and guidelines for people suffering with pancreatitis.  Living in Australia there is very little information on this illness and it has been a real blessing to be able to obtain this book and learn more about my illness.  I would highly recommend this book to anyone that is suffering pancreatitis, it has also been very helpful for my husband, who also gets quite frustrated at times with my illness.  It has given him a much better understanding of how I feel physically and emotionally.”Jan O’Kennedy (Australia)
“I just wanted to let you know that your book and accompanying recipe book have been a tremendous boost to our Christmas tide. I have only recently been diagnosed with the disease and I was dreading the complications of trying to meet our usual round of social events and declining all the typical Christmas goodies.  We both read the book and felt immediately better through understanding the physical aspects of the disease. My wife was near despair over meeting my new diet requirements – she refused to accept my suggested porridge three times a day – so the recipe book was grabbed and studied with great interest. We even managed a light Christmas lunch of turkey and boiled vegetables and I had a tiny portion of Christmas pudding and custard to keep my wife company. This afternoon I am drafting an E-mail to my consultant with a series of specific questions and suggestions which I could never have attempted without your help. Our grateful thanks.”Colin and Anne (England)
“My friend who has pancreatitis has embarked on a journey of better living through better eating habits because of the information that you included in your book ‘Beating Pancreatitis’.  Before this he thought he was dying, his abdomen pain was so great.  Your publication has opened his eyes to the possibility of a life free from the excruciating pain of chronic pancreatitis.  I know he will appreciate the recipes that I can share with him for living with this terrible illness.
Thanks for your support of this organization and for your help that you have
given to so many.”
Sincerely,Rose Mary Morra (Florida, USA)
“Thanks for all your great work. Last time I went into the hospital, I took your book to show the nurses and my Gastro doctor. If I’d not been proactive and done the research in advance, they’d have had me eating all sorts of garbage that I shouldn’t be having. They actually kept bringing me plates of mashed potatoes, gravy and roasted chicken when I was still on clear broth and Jello. I believe if people rely on the medical field for everything…they are doomed to poor health. You have to be involved. Thanks for helping me take care of me!”Pamela Lira USA

“I think your book is wonderful for anyone who has begun to have problems with their pancreas! To teach them everything about the reasons, their options, treatments, and preventative care! I can speak with authority that it is an excellent book as I did an incredible amount of research in the past & learned all about the very things you write in your book from all different sources. And if you would ever like a quotation,  you could certainly use mine in recommending your book to others, as it is the only thing I have read that brings all the information together in ONE PLACE!Others can now benefit from your book as it brings everything together in ONE PLACE!  I commend you for an excellent book & only wish I’d heard about it two years ago!”Marilyn Pereira, USA
“I’ve learned more from your book than I’ve learned from anyone or anywhere else! I don’t have anyone else to talk to about this disease and was amazed at the stories of others that were just like mine.  I thought I was going crazy at one time and thought I was just a wimp the last few weeks when I couldn’t keep up with my exercise buddies.Thank you so much.  I have been really down and depressed because there isn’t anyone to talk to about this.  I have been feeling like I’m crazy and my symptoms aren’t as bad as I am making them.  I thank God for you guys!!Molly Hardcastle, McGregor, Texas
“Yours is the first “makes sense” answer to my enzyme question. It is soooo reassuring to have people like you to help get the answers. Having been a nurse for many years, I am embarrassed for the medical profession and the lack of personalized care they now offer.
When one is told they must learn to be their own patient advocate this is currently the truth.
Again thank you both for the answer and just for being there.”G Flurer, Orange County California

“I have felt pretty alone battling pancreatitis through the years. I also want to thank you for your e-book. Your book radiates with hope. I never want to define myself by my disease – Life is bigger than that. Your book has given me valuable information and tips including what I can and cannot eat. And I’ve started to utilize your recipes daily. Thank you so much.”Steve Aurell USA
